Cancellation Policy: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly follow these guidelines:
1. Workshops and Multi-Session Programs:
Cancellations with 7 days notice: For workshops or multi-day programs, you may cancel up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund.

Cancellations within 7 days: If you cancel within 7 days of the start date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. Alternatively, you can transfer your enrolment to a future workshop or program without penalty.

No-shows or cancellations after the program start date: No refunds or transfers will be allowed once the program has started.

Refund Policy:
We are committed to providing the best wellness experience, and if you are not satisfied with the service, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
1. Workshops and Programs:
Refunds are only applicable before the program begins, as per the cancellation policy.o In case of a medical or personal emergency that forces you to discontinue the program, you may request a partial refund or credit toward future services, subject to approval.o Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds for workshops or programs will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of approval.
2. Non-Refundable Services:o Digital products (eBooks, pre-recorded classes, etc.). Gift cards and vouchers.
Services that have already been fully delivered.

Shipping Policy: For digital and physical products purchased through Mrida Wellness:
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Pre-recorded Classes): Digital products will be delivered immediately upon purchase to the email address provided during checkout.
2. Physical Products (Books, Wellness Products): Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, it will be shipped within 3-5 working days. Delivery Time: Depending on your location, delivery may take 7-10 working days for standard shipping. For more remote locations, delivery could take up to 12-15 working days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and will vary based on the delivery location.
