Driven by a profound connection to India’s culturally rich heritage, I transitioned from a promising career in computer engineering to immerse myself in its spiritual legacy.Through my years of personal wellness exploration, I've come to understand that the therapeutic elements of these practices can profoundly affect both the body and mind.This insight motivated me to seek advanced training at esteemed yoga schools and ashrams in India, further enriching my comprehension of holistic wellness.

As a seasoned Senior Creative Director with extensive experience at leading global media houses across India and South East Asia, I embarked on a spiritual journey fueled by a passion for mentoring.This path led me to a dedicated pursuit of wellness and care. During my time at a prestigious ashram in India, I taught yoga to resident students and visiting guests, while also managing and crafting exquisite, nutritious yogic meals in the ashram kitchen.
